Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind or customer-entered personalization error, except where otherwise required by law.

If a product provides a personalization preview, customers are responsible for reviewing that preview carefully before completing the purchase.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Cherished Presents currently ships within the United States only.

Processing, production, shipping, tracking, multiple-package orders, address changes, and delivery information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, production delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
